Dustin Stair
Executive Chef
Chef Dustin Stair began his culinary at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock Arkansas, while attending the American Culinary Federation Culinary School of Apprenticeship. Over the years Chef Stair has absorbed as much knowledge and practical experience in the culinary world and as been influenced in many aspects of New American Cuisine as well as Indian, Mexican, Asian, and Mediterranean influences. He has worked in Oklahoma City throughout the years and Tulsa. As the Executive Chef of the Waterford Marriott he has the vision and passion of creating and delivering outstanding four star quality cuisine to all our guests. |
